William will present case studies and findings from over 300 SDE accounts. Brahmananda David Nowe will share personal experience of receiving Shaktipat in 1975 and his Sadhana (practices) for unfolding Kundalini. In addition to kundalini and Shaktipat, he will discuss subtle body, chakras, nadis and kriyas (purifications) that occur spontaneously in Siddha Yoga. The process leads to the Realization of the Self (Atman) and the unfolding of our inner Shakti (innate Divine Powers).
Our opening meditation will set the intention for peace and goodwill throughout the conference. For this meditation, we will focus awareness on that which is constant. We can shift awareness by focusing attention on what does not come and go. By holding the focus on what does not change, we access the spirit within.
Rick will talk about his personal spiritual awakening story, starting with his childhood, his learning to meditate in 1968, and his years as a meditation teacher. He will describe his inspiration and motivation to start Buddha at the Gas Pump in 2009. He’ll also share insights and experiences he’s had while doing this now very popular spiritually focused podcast.
