There is continual renewal, hope, and dawning light in the symbol of the rising sun. Our growing global spiritual awareness is like that constantly rising sun. Dana Taylor leads a morning meditation to the power of light and Oneness, celebrating the dawn of spiritual awareness in this opening meditation for SAI Conference 2025.
Dana Taylor was raised in the cultural crossroads of Southern California and graduated from the University of Redlands, CA with a degree in theatre and writing. She enjoyed a long marriage to a lawyer from Oklahoma and has eight grandchildren, which she finds astounding.
Her search for personal wellness led to studying alternative medicine, essential oils, and energy healing. She is a Reiki Master. Her books have won various awards including Golden Quill Awards Best First Book (Ain’t Love Grand?), and a 2014 Independent Spirit Book Award (Ever-Flowing Streams: Christ, Reiki, Reincarnation and Me).
At her website, Supernal Living with Dana Taylor, she explores spirituality, healing energy, visionary writing, and offers ad-free audio meditations. She serves on the Advisory Board to SAI and is Executive Assistant to the President. Currently, she lives in a cottage in the redwood forest of Northern California.
